Your information stays in Higher-Study until a clear purpose, recipient category and affirmative choice are in front of you.

1. Who handles your information

Allied Biztech Solutions Private Limited operates Higher-Study and decides how personal information is used for the portal and advisory service. 2. Information we collect

Depending on the journey, Higher-Study may collect identity and contact details, academic and English-language records, budget and destination preferences, course choices, family collaboration details, messages, appointments, supporting documents, consent history and technical security logs. How we use cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it

We use information to authenticate accounts, personalize matches, evaluate eligibility and affordability, maintain a family decision plan, provide counselling, prepare selected applications, prevent misuse, preserve audit evidence and comply with legal obligations. Recommendations are based on the student's stated criteria and published evidence.

4. When information is shared

Higher-Study shares application information with the selected university or an admissions partner only for the stated purpose and only after the information categories and recipient category are shown. The specific admissions partner is identified before any application data is shared, and any commercial relationship relevant to the recommendation is disclosed at the same time. A materially changed package requires fresh consent. Infrastructure suppliers may process limited data under contractual controls to run the service.

6. Retention and security

Higher-Study keeps information only for the configured service, legal, security and audit periods. Access is role-based, application packages are versioned, and consent and administrative changes are logged. Retention rules are reviewed before they are applied.

7. Your choices and grievances

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or complaint handling by writing to the Grievance Officer, Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd, at hello@learnpact.com from your registered address, or by post to Chinar Park, Newtown, Kolkata 700157, West Bengal, India. You can also call or WhatsApp +91 83349 45670. Allied may verify identity before acting, acknowledges requests within two working days, and will explain any lawful reason it cannot complete a request.

8. Students under 18

Higher-Study is designed for independent use by adults. A person under 18 must not submit personal information without the verifiable consent and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. Minor access stays disabled until age-assurance and parental-consent controls are enabled.

9. Notice changes

The effective date identifies the notice shown for each consent. A material change to sharing purpose, information categories or recipient category will be presented before further sharing and may require a new affirmative choice.

Is my profile automatically sent to an admissions partner?

No. An admissions partner is involved only for an application plan, sharing requires a separate unchecked opt-in for the listed purpose and information, and the specific partner is identified before any data is shared.

What happens if the admissions partner changes?

Higher-Study asks for fresh consent for the changed recipient before any application data is sent to the new admissions partner.

How do I request deletion?

Write to hello@learnpact.com from your registered address. Higher-Study will verify the request and explain any information that must be retained by law.
